The rugs that I purchased are tightly sewn, very thick, good solid colors, and seem like they will last forever. I have purchased Capel rugs previously and did not hesitate to buy from them again when I needed new rugs. Customer service is outstanding, the associates respond quickly and very helpful.

Our new area rug is exactly as it was presented in the Capel online catalog. Beautiful and well made. Shipping was quick enough. We were a bit apprehensive when it arrived folded in a box, but the folds completely disappeared in less than a day. 100% satisfied!

I’ve been purchasing Capel braided rugs for my mountain house for years. The quality is consistently superb, and the rugs are attractive and last for years, even when subject to heavy traffic - e.g. stair treads. Most Capel rugs I’ve ordered have been in standard sizes, but I’ve also had wonderful, personal service in ordering custom sizes for oddly-shaped spaces and stair landings.
