I ordered three braided rugs from Capel Rugs. One of them had a small flaw. I contacted the company and they immediately sent me a return sleeve so that I could send the defective rug back. I then received a new replacement rug from them within a few days. I couldn't ask for better service. The rugs are beautiful and extremely well made, as is the gorgeous Capel braided rug that I purchased over ten years ago. These rugs are made to last!

This rug is quite beautiful. I was looking for a rug to place under my wooden kitchen table. I’m trying to create a country-look with early American used furniture. This braided American Legacy Pine Forest rug is exactly what I needed. The quality is amazing.

I ordered a small circular braided rug for under a desk chair and also two smaller rectangular ones that were custom made for their unique sizes. One was to be used under my printer and another one under a plant stand that are on my hardwood floors. They turned out exactly as expected and are quite attractive. They also arrived sooner than I expected. Thanks for the great products.
