I love my rugs - they’re beautifully made and though my order said to allow 4-6 weeks for delivery, mine came in about 2-3 weeks! I especially like that they’re made in the USA. And, after I ordered, within days I got an email of a 20% off sale. I spoke to Penny, who graciously said they would honor the sale for me and refund me the 20%. This is a company with class.

Absolutely love our new braided rugs. The colors were absolutely spot on with image shown online. You can see the quality difference immediately from the moment we opened the package. The cats enjoy lounging on them as well. They have thrown up a hairball on them already and they cleaned up perfectly with our small carpet extraction cleaning machine. Very pleased with our purchase and thank you to all the hard workers and office personnel who had a hand in the process!
