The rugs are of outstanding quality- consistent with the ones I ordered a couple years ago, but the colors are quite different. I like the new ones, but prefer the colors in the "originals." The new ones have a lot of maroon and the old ones don't have any of that color. They have more orange/rust and cream. The new ones also have blue bands which the "old" ones do not have.

First I sent for a swatch and then emailed chat with a question about the colors. The young lady on chat was very helpful and even called the workshop to make sure of the colors. I got four rugs in less than two weeks in December. I am pleased with the colors and with the quality. I would order from Capel again/

We bought our first Capel rug about 30 years ago and it has "held up" really well all these years. We just received 2 new rugs and we are so pleased with the quality of them. We love them. I would also add that the company delivered the rugs exactly when they said that they would. We couldn't be happier with Capel.

Because my father sold Capel Rugs as a manufacturer's representative in the 1960's & 1970's, I already knew what great, sturdy & attractive rugs Capel Rugs are. One of the nicest things about purchasing my rug is that the colors were exactly like shown in the photo.
