The rug I bought is lovely but I won’t buy from Capel again because the rug was boxed and wrapped in 4 different kinds of material - 4 complete coverings that required scissors and a box cutter to unwrap - the one later of heavy duty plastic would have sufficed. Bad for the environment to have so much waste and just a real chore to unwrap. It also caused quite a mess because two of the layers of wrapping were a woven tyvec kind of material that created hundreds of little pieces when cut - never again.

Nothing not to like about my new rug! It fits perfectly where I wanted it to go. It is substantial, it rolled out almost flat from the very beginning (and is now perfectly flat—no rolling on the corners) and the design is beautiful! Customer service was excellent and easy to work with. There was a delay in shipping, but that is the norm these days—actually the norm is a lot longer delays than the one I experienced. I will definitely order from Capel Rigs again.
