I’ve been purchasing Capel braided rugs for my mountain house for years. The quality is consistently superb, and the rugs are attractive and last for years, even when subject to heavy traffic - e.g. stair treads. Most Capel rugs I’ve ordered have been in standard sizes, but I’ve also had wonderful, personal service in ordering custom sizes for oddly-shaped spaces and stair landings. I’ve kept coming back to Capel for many years, which speaks for my enjoyment and satisfaction with their products and service.

Rug looks beautiful in the office. Shipped quickly and came fold in a box. Absolutely NO odor when opening box (unlike Amazon rugs). Unfolded beautiful and fits perfect in the space.
